Sesame Ginger Green Beans
Ingredients
- ½ lb fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- ½ tsp. garlic
- ½ tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch sugar
Heat a sauté pan over high heat. Add canola oil and green beans, and let the beans sizzle in the pan for 1 – 2 minutes without stirring. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar to the beans and toss a few times to mix. Add garlic, ginger and sesame seed oil to the pan and toss to mix. After one minute, add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Toss a few times to combine. Remove from heat and serve.
